Psychedelic Preparation & Integration Counselling
Nurturing Transformation
Psychedelic experiences can open the door to profound insights, emotional breakthroughs, and deep healing. They can also be incredibly challenging, stirring up painful memories, unexpected emotions, and paradoxical questions. Without support, these moments may overwhelm us or fade away before we have the chance to weave their meaning into our daily lives.
Whether your psychedelic journey was beautiful, confusing, terrifying, or all of the above, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
What is Psychedelic Preparation & Integration Counselling?
Preparation and integration counselling provides guidance before and after a psychedelic journey, helping you feel safe, supported, and empowered.
Preparation counselling may include:
Exploring your hopes, intentions, and expectations
Identifying your strengths and personal resources
Considering potential risks and safety concerns
Learning ways to navigate challenging moments
Creating supportive conditions, both within yourself and in your environment, for your journey
Developing a personalized preparation plan with practical tools and resources
Integration counselling may include:
Processing emotions, insights, and challenges from your experience
Exploring new perspectives on yourself, others, or the world
Metabolizing the experience in the body through grounding practices
Clarifying your values and how you want to live them moving forward
Developing concrete action steps to bring insights into daily life
Supporting healthy behaviour or lifestyle changes
Above all, this process is about minimizing potential risks, increasing the likelihood of beneficial outcomes, and finding ways to let your psychedelic experience promote lasting growth and well-being.
Hi, I’m Jessica (she/her)
For the past six years, I’ve been helping people navigate psychedelic experiences. Along the way, I’ve witnessed many courageous journeys of personal growth, healing, and spiritual exploration. One thing I’ve learned is how important thoughtful preparation and integration are for turning these experiences into lasting change.
My approach is trauma-informed and empowerment-focused. I aim to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your hopes and fears, process your experiences, and carry your insights forward in meaningful ways. I draw on a range of practices to support you in connecting with your own inner wisdom and innate capacity to heal and thrive.
Professional Background
In addition to supporting individuals with psychedelic harm reduction, preparation, and integration, I work with those seeking to build healthier relationships, strengthen their sense of self, and cultivate greater self-compassion.
I draw on somatic, attachment, experiential, and mindfulness-based approaches, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals.
